- Petition filed with court
- Attorney provides a copy of filed petition, meeting of creditors date and time, and documents to review in preparation for meeting
- Take financial management course
- Attend meeting of creditors with attorney
- Sign reaffirmation agreements, if necessary, to keep automobiles
- Discharge order received from court
- Case closing letter received from court
- Attorney closing letter or email received
